Bulk Supply Information - Installation, Delivery and Operation

Linde Nippon Sanso supply all liquified bulk gases, such as nitrogen, oxygen, argon, hydrogen, helium or carbon dioxide. These products are filled at various locations of the European Linde network and delivered in tankers.

It is crucial for our customers in the semiconductor industry that any sources of possible contamination are eliminated completely and reliably during all manufacturing and transport processes. Throughout the entire supply chain all-media contacting materials are selected to suit ultra high gas quality. The respective air separation plants are also specifically equipped and monitored to ensure highest purities.

Bulk supply does not only save investments, reduce transport and storage costs but also guarantees operation safety, avoids unnecessary area consumption (liquid gases only require 1/800 of the space compared to their gaseous state). All this adds up to economic benefits for the customer being at the same time environmentally friendly.

Liquid bulk gases are stored in tanks at the customer location and have capacities from 1,500 to 150,000 litres. For providing you with optimum solutions we have our own engineering expert team and can additionally rely on the expertise from over 25,000 tanks installation of Linde in Europe.

Linde Nippon Sanso offer to its customers comprehensive bulk solutions including evaporators, all piping and corresponding distribution systems. This ensures an uninterrupted, safe and efficient operation and product availability. Also calibration or maintenance services can be done by our engineering specialists. If desired, we also offer our continuous remote monitoring for your tank installations and their filling levels combined with a fully automatic product delivery.
