Filling process steps include
Valve cleaning and assembling under cleanroom condition
Initial particle analysis of all cylinders
Filling in all electropolished stainless steel installations using oil-free vacuum pumps
Destillative filling of under pressure liquified gases
Customised filling according to customer specifications
Analysis of gas quality in gas-specific measurement systems to avoid cross contaminations
Control of filling and release procedures by comprehensive production IT system (incl. database)
