Gas Disposal Services

We will solve your disposal problem

Inflammable, corrosive and toxic gases are required almost everywhere in the electronics industry. They are stored safely in regulation cylinders which are then returned after use, along with their remaining contents. But what do you do if the continers are damaged, no longer fulfil ADR requirements, or if the supplier does not take them back? Linde Nippon Sanso takes over their transport and processes the cylinders and contents safely, efficiently and in accordance with the law.

The disposal of gas cylinders is a job for experts

Used gas cylinders and their contents may be a substantial risk to persons and environment. For many years, Linde has been developing processes for solving this type of problem without polluting the environment. Leave the disposal work to us, it is a specialist job - and concentrate on your own business.

Our residual-gas processing plant - for highly specialised disposal

Linde operates a residual-gas facility in Munich which is certified for the disposal of residual gases. For you, this means absolute compliance with all current waste-recycling legislation.

Service right from the start: Analysis and Transport

Our perfectly adapted technology and trained personnel ensure the safe and correct andling of the pressurised gas cylinders. It is prohibited by law to transport gas cylinders whose contents are unknown. With the assistance of a mobile analysis unit, our engineers are able to identify the contents of a cylinder before it is moved. Only then can it be transported to our disposal plant by a special vehicle equipped with extensive safety devices. For particularly difficult cases, we have special safety containers. Linde  has also developed a number of processes and special tools for opening damaged
or defective cylinders, thereby allowing it to deal with even the most difficult problems. Just one call - and we'll take care of any safety risk!

Waste transformed to valuable primary material

Linde fulfils the statutory principle that re-processing should take priority over disposal. Our residual-gas processing plant transforms gas cylinders and their gaseous contents into valuable primary material using defined and approved processes in accordance with waste and recycling legislation.

Regulations and documentation - no longer a problem for you

As a specialist in gas disposal we are authorised to apply a certain privileged process to fulfil documentation requirements. For you, this means both safe disposal and a substantial simplification of the paperwork involved.
Within Germany, guaranteed compliance with the law governing dangerous substances and waste products is part of our comprehensive package of services.
Within Europe, residual gas is transported in accordance with the notification procedure as established by the waste-transport legislation.
